Our hotel processes a pre-authorization for the amount of the first night a few days before the scheduled arrival. If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, this amount is released. If there is a no-show, the amount is charged. Upon arrival, we settle the payment for the stay and cancel the pre-authorization. The blocked amount is usually released within 24 to 48 hours but can take up to 2 weeks depending on your bank.

The city tax is €2.01 throughout the year, increasing to €2.28 starting January 1, 2025.

Our Triple and Double Deluxe rooms are suitable for families, with the option of connecting rooms based on availability. We also provide amenities for children, as well as baby cots and high chairs for infants.
